PS. Anledningen till Stairway to Heaven var att jag såg filmen Almost Famous (mycket bra 9/10 i betyg) i den filmen skulle en scen där huvudpersonen spelar den låten för sin mamma för att visa att rock-musik inte är så farligt som hon vill tro. Tyvär vart det rättighetsproblem kring användandet av den låten så scenen är inte med i filmen. Däremot finns den bland "deleted scenes" på DVD:n, visserligen utan ljud men med en text som säger till när man ska sätta igång låten om man har den själv. Denna scen var helt underbar och det var verkligen synd att den inte kunde vara med i filmen, scenen gav även ytterligare en dimension till själva låten.

Veckans låt v.13

Under helgen har jag tankat hem en hel del, för mig, ny musik och även me grupper jag haft sen tidigare. De nya: Blue Cheer, Brazil, King Crimson, Soundgarden, Screaming Trees, The Sword, Wolfmother. De Gamla: Alabama Thunderpussy, Mark Lanegan. Detta har speglat av sig en del på Veckans låt-listan så veckans låt är:

PS: På tal om Brazil så kan jag bara tillägga en kort, kort recension av deras skiva som jag snackad om tidigare. Den tappade lite momentum i mitten med några låtar me lågt tempo. Men det störde inte och lägg därtill en stark avslutning och en absolut grymm öppning på skivan så gör det The Philosophy of Velocity till ett riktigt bra. Sen att det är ett koncept-album (om en författare försöker skriva en roman men fastnar i paranoida drömmar) skadar ju inte since I really like koncept-album.
